Clavier Construction is a family business that designs and builds custom homes along the Delaware coast. We limit ourselves to just two or three custom homes a year, with no employees and no managers, so that we are personally on site running every job, every day.
We work directly with the homeowners to build their dream, and we can build anything a customer wants. The same highly skilled subcontractors have worked alongside us for many years, some for the last 25, and that attention to detail shows in every home we leave behind.

Only two or three homes a year
We take on just two or three custom homes a year, so your build gets our full attention from the first drawing to the final walk through.
