Clavier Construction built our home 8 years ago and we could not have been more pleased with the process or the final product. Our home is beautiful and after living in it for the past several years, we have yet to find problems.

Our home was built as a second home at the beach so we could not be present for most of the construction process. We would periodically go and check on progress and our neighbors would tell us how pleased that they were with the construction site. They would often see Mark Clavier sweeping and picking up the site himself. There was no debris left overnight to blow down the street or for the neighbors to clean up.

There were no surprises along the way. Whenever I made a change, I was told immediately what that would mean for the final budget. Mark always had suggestions on how we could make dramatic changes with little cost. He was also quick to tell us when we might spend money in better ways. He maintained a tight timeline and we were always informed what we should be choosing in advance so that it did not delay the final completion date. Our home was completed on schedule.

Clavier Construction uses excellent subs. However, our contact for everything was always the owner of the company. He was always available and quick to respond. He took total responsibility for the project. There were a few surprises along the way, not from Mark. However, he dealt with them in a very professional and efficient fashion.
